My Mindfulness Template

I started looking into Meditation to help with my ADHD and after countless false starts I did a challenge with a past boss. You can also do it at as we made it into a course and a Podcast years ago.

At the same time I pulled in tools from Minimalism and Essentialism so I lump it all into Mindfulness because self awareness template doesn't sound that great. I have a hard time documenting bullets so here is my best descriptions:
  • Take a Meditation moment daily - even if it's just sitting in my car for a minute before work
  • Monthly Massage
  • Monthly 60 minute Sensory Deprivation [ie Float Tank]
  • Follow my 5 rules that have made the biggest positive impact
